1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Kognyt, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description Of Service
Kognyt provides Salesforce context services for existing AI tools. Kognyt MCP provides Salesforce Platform Intelligence without requiring a connected org. Kognyt for VS Code and Kognyt IDE process Salesforce org metadata to build Org Context for connected-org workflows.
3. Accounts And Acceptable Use
You are responsible for your account and for:
- Providing accurate registration and billing information
- Keeping account credentials secure
- Using the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms
- Not attempting unauthorized access, abuse, or interference with the service
4. Salesforce Org Metadata And Ownership
When you use connected-org products, you authorize Kognyt to process Salesforce org metadata needed to deliver Org Context. Customer ownership of that metadata remains with the customer. Kognyt receives only a limited right to process it for providing, securing, and supporting the service.
Kognyt does not use one customer's org metadata to improve outcomes for other customers, and does not use customer org metadata to train shared models.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your subscription. Pricing and plan availability may change with notice.
6. Intellectual Property
Kognyt and its software, branding, and service materials remain our property or the property of our licensors. You retain ownership of your Salesforce org metadata and other customer-provided materials, subject only to the limited rights needed to operate the service.
7. Disclaimers And Liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kognyt disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.
8. Termination And Changes
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, security concerns, or other lawful reasons. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
